Mikuni Carburetor – Gaskets Rebuild Kit – For Mikuni 44PHH Performance Carburetors. Genuine Mikuni #Z70-1044. Made in Japan. This Mikuni kit includes items listed in table and a Mikuni decal. One gasket kit required per carburetor. Mikuni 40PHH Performance Carburetor #Z70-1040 kits are also available. This kit is for the Mikuni 44PHH Carburetor referenced in the exploded view image.

The main difference between Mikuni Performance Carburetors and Mikuni Solex OEM carburetors is the Float Chamber Cover (FCC). The Float Chamber Cover is item #17, the FCC Gasket is item #18, in the exploded view. Please be sure your FCC matches the five bolt #N115.013 gasket pictured.  To identify the size of your Mikuni Carburetor, the Throttle Valve (Plate) of a 44PHH will be stamped 175. A Mikuni 40PHH will be stamped 165.

Please confirm your Mikuni PHH carburetor type, size and match the items pictured, prior to ordering. Mikuni does not offer a specific rebuild kit for the Solex OE four bolt FCC applications. Please see alternative package for the Type 3 S4(Four Bolt FCC) applications. #Z70-1044S4 or #Z70-1044S4+PDFE.

Note: This kit does not include the Pump Diaphragm (Item #52) or Figure Eight O-Ring. The Pump Diaphragm (Part #N107.030) and Figure Eight O-Ring (Part #N107.008) sold separately or in a rebuild kit package. Each carburetor requires one pump diaphragm and two Figure Eight O-rings.
